Project List

Mulch Jobs

Take a look at a few of our mulch jobs that entail completely clearing out these garden beds and dressing the area to spread out a fresh later of composted wooden mulch to give these beds a fresh and clean look.

Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom remodel entailed removing the cast iron bathtub and demoing the entire bathroom to make room for a walk-in shower with a bench and railing for accessibility. This remodel also included a complete renovation with new tile, vanity, and fixtures for a new, contemporary design.

Fence Replacement

Here we took this section of rotting wooden fence and replaced it with a white vinyl fence to match the existing neighbors’. Using the existing postholes, we were able to remove and install this new fence with minimally invasive work, improving both the aesthetic and privacy for the homeowners.

Hallway Restoration

Using a minimal amount of new supplies and materials, with the exception of a can of paint and stain, we were able to restore this 100 year old hallway to its former glory. Once the linoleum and black mastic were removed, the original early 20th century mosaic tile was revealed. After sanding down and refinishing the hardwood floors and patching and painting the walls, we were able to revitalize the hallway to its original design without the need for any new materials.

1/2 Bath to Full Bath

We converted this half bath into a full master bathroom, expanding the room to make space for a full size shower and changing the entryway from the hall to the master bedroom. This renovation included adding a new window to add natural light to the room, moving the plumbing fixtures to make room for the shower and new entry way, an in-wall sliding door to maximize space, and installing new fixtures, tile, and trim to give the homeowners a contemporary update to their bathroom.

Mother's Day Gift

As a Mother's Day gift this patchy and dried up lawn was completely replaced and revitalized. The lawn was dug up and the ground turned over with a freh layer of topsoil spread over it, and a lush Kentucky Bluegrasss was laid on top. In addition, the concrete slab below the back door was removed and replaced with stone steps beside the house with a small area in front of it mulched with stones for an outdoor fire pit. To finish it off, the 30 year old beaten down picnic table was gutted, stripped, and refinished using composite wood to give it a timeless look that will prevent it from being weathered from rain and the elements as time progresses. The perfect gift you could give this Mother's Day!
